Horizon Europe · National Programmes

Research that ships, project by project.

Across Horizon Europe and national programmes, we do the technical heavy lifting — knowledge graphs, explainable AI, deliberative platforms — alongside Europe's leading institutions.

EO4EU

Earth Observation for everyone

An AI-augmented ecosystem that opens Europe's Earth Observation data to everyone from domain experts to citizens, through semantic search, machine learning and immersive interfaces.

Technical Partner — Knowledge Graphs & Semantics

We built the EO4EU knowledge graph and semantic annotation layer that semantically relates Earth Observation datasets, services and descriptions, so users can discover and query the resources they need. We also led the multi-stakeholder requirements analysis and the project's data management plans.

NEUROCLIMA

Human-AI decision support for climate resilience

An AI-enhanced "nervous system" connecting citizens, policymakers and public institutions in a two-way dialogue that drives climate adaptation.

Work Package Leader — WP4

We lead WP4 and build NEUROCLIMA's AI-boosted nervous system, which monitors social media and policy for climate trends, concerns and social tipping points. We also run the EU climate-adaptation policy observatory and the semantic enrichment and analytics behind the project's climate dialogues.

SpurUP

Climate-neutral futures for peri-urban regions

Integrating net-zero technologies and participatory governance to make peri-urban regions resilient and climate-neutral, tested in Living Labs in Thessaloniki, Aalborg and Jesi.

Technical Partner — Digital Infrastructure

We lead the scalable digital infrastructure behind SpurUP's Living Labs — multi-cloud integration, real-time data processing, secure authentication and automated CI/CD pipelines that let the project's technical solutions run and interoperate at scale. We also contribute to the stakeholder engagement, verification and financing tools.

GENeCITY

AI digital twins for climate-neutral cities

Federated local digital twins and explainable AI agents that turn climate policies into measurable, city-specific scenarios, piloted in five European cities.

Technical Coordinator

As Technical Coordinator we lead the GENeCITY reference architecture and the AI Scenario Engine, which combines RAG and AI agents to translate climate policies into measurable local goals and what-if scenarios. We also build the urban-policy knowledge graph and the infrastructure that orchestrates AI with a minimal environmental footprint.
